- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges effectively.
- Inventory Organization: Maintain an organized inventory system.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
Responsible for overseeing a team of:
- 1 to 2 cashiers
- 3 to 4 retail sales associates
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail supervisory role.
This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, primarily in English.
