About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Growth Manager to join our team at AutoTrader. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a strategic business development role, focusing on generating new business and maintaining existing partnerships.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth with new and existing commercial partners;
  • Crafting sales proposals and presentations tailored to meet individual client needs and maximize business potential;
  • Managing account revenue and profitability for assigned client groups;
  • Identifying high-level sales opportunities through proactive gathering and reviewing of customer information;
  • Focusing on achieving customer satisfaction, revenue generation within existing assignments, and long-term account goals aligned with AutoTrader's vision.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of direct sales experience working with national/large revenue accounts;
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets;
  • Experience in intangible, media, and internet product sales;
  • Ability to take initiative in a business unit and act on problems or opportunities without prompting;
  • Strong closing techniques, including logical incremental steps and describing benefits to close sales.
Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, plus an annual bonus structure, 3% CPP matching, and comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, you'll have access to conferences and training budget, internal training programs, fitness and wellness initiatives, financial planning support, and a lifestyle allowance of $1,500 annually.
