Job Title: Global Digital Product Lead, Salesforce

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Digital Product Lead, Salesforce to join our team. As a key member of our Global Agriculture Business Team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Salesforce.com platform globally, driving business process digitalization, and improving agricultural business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce.com platform globally, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across regions.
  • Develop and implement business process digitalization strategies, leveraging Salesforce.com capabilities to improve agricultural business practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital transformation, driving innovation and best practices within the organization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing Salesforce.com platform globally.
  • Proven track record of driving business process digitalization and improving agricultural business practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of design thinking, product specifications, and digital literacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agriculture industry experience.
  • UX/UI design skills.
  • Scrum master certification.
  • Project management certification.
