Affinity Credit Union is seeking a skilled IT Support Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals (printers) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Deploy and resolve mobile device issues to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software-related issues related to Office 365 services to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technology-related problems to ensure smooth operations and employee productivity.
- Assist in the evaluation, migration, installation, upgrades, and support of new technologies, equipment, operating systems, and desktop software to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.
