IT Technician Role

IBITS Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent certifications and/or experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Passion for technology and new challenges.
  • Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level customer service focus.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Professional and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Antivirus software.
