Restaurant Operations Manager

Bar.B.Q 1988 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
