Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Bar.B.Q 1988. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff: Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Train staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures: Work with our management team to develop and implement new services and operational procedures that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms: Ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date, and that we are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews: Regularly review the performance of our staff and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Cost products and services: Work with our purchasing team to negotiate the best possible prices for our products and services.
- Organize and maintain inventory: Ensure that our inventory is accurately tracked and that we have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide customer service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
- 2 years to less than 3 years: Experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Permanent: We are offering a permanent contract to the right candidate.
- 37.5 hours per week: The successful candidate will be required to work a 37.5 hour week, including evenings and weekends.
