Restaurant Operations Manager

Bar.B.Q 1988 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, cost products and services, and ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff members are meeting their job responsibilities and provide feedback for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office
- Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel, with travel expenses paid by employer
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
