As a Field Installation Trainer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our subcontractors receive top-notch training, enabling them to deliver high-quality installations and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for subcontractors, focusing on installation techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular field evaluations to assess subcontractor performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with Installation Managers to identify training needs, develop customized training plans, and track progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product updates, and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, fostering a culture of open communication, trust, and mutual respect.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, or installation, with a proven track record of training and developing subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of LeafFilter products and installation procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in gutter and gutter protection system installation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications.
