Job Responsibilities

As a team member at Chick-fil-A Rutherford Rd & HWY 400, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing second mile service to our guests, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction
  • Upholding our CORE 4 Model, which includes treating every person with kindness, respect, and dignity
  • Preparing and serving food to our guests, including cooking, assembling, and packaging raw, hot, and cold food
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicating effectively with team members and guests, both verbally and non-verbally
  • Adhering to all restaurant policies, procedures, and requirements, including those related to food safety and handling

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to work until 12am Monday through Thursday and until 1am Fridays and Saturdays. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and navigate shelving both high and low.
