We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at B.C. LTD. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, with a strong background in managing office procedures, supervising staff, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will be required to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate tasks to office support staff, and establish work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Assess and improve existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate Tasks to Office Support Staff: Assign duties and responsibilities to junior staff members to optimize productivity.
  • Establish Work Priorities: Set clear goals and objectives for yourself and your team to achieve timely completion of tasks.
Computer and Technology Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
