Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team at Advance Air Solutions Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and possess reliability.

The successful candidate will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, assist in preparing the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks efficiently, effectively communicate orally, and demonstrate flexibility. This is a permanent role with a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
