Strategic Account Manager for E-commerce Partners

This client-facing role requires working directly with clients to manage their ongoing projects with us. As a strategic thinker, you'll need to understand client needs and work daily with our select set of clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, target, and engage with key enterprise clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., strategy, creative, engineering) to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and align with their business goals.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and value propositions.
- Account Growth: Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and provide clients with relevant insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
About You
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer success and project management, preferably within an agency or related industry.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with enterprise-level clients.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the agency's industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems and deliver value to clients.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Shopify, Asana, Slack, and experience writing product estimates.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
