**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF EMPLOYMENT
Under the supervision of the E-Commerce Manager, the incumbent is responsible for planning and ensuring the execution of merchandising activities for La Vie en Rose's e-commerce. He/she ensures the management of the product catalog, the creation of promotions and the maintenance of the search engine. He/she participates in the development of merchandising strategies in order to maximize the sales potential of the website.
- Plan and execute merchandising initiatives;
- Ensure the online availability of products and keep the product catalog up to date;
- Enrich product content, upload images and color samples;
- Work with the content strategy team to ensure a complete and accurate level of product information;
- Identify opportunities to add value to products and maximize related products;
- Set up and schedule promotions, ensure their accuracy;
- Create a good search experience on the site by maximizing keywords, synonyms, suggestions, and related queries;
- Optimize the online shopping experience by offering innovative marketing solutions;
- Measure the performance of web merchandising initiatives in order to identify problems and opportunities and thus propose solutions;
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with merchandising best practices;
- Regularly perform old effective competitors;
- Stay on top of merchandising trends;
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with various departments and teams.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, management or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marchandiseur.se, e-commerce position;
- Experience in retail and/or fashion (an asset);
- Experience with Optimizely (an asset);
- Merchandising expertise;
- Understanding of best practices in e-commerce;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance analysis tools;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of SEO (an asset);
- Basic knowledge of digital media;
- Proficiency in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines by adapting to the unexpected;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities;
- Sense of organization, autonomous and skilled in evolving in a changing environment;
- Meticulousness, rigor and attention to detail;
- Proven interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Bilingual, both orally and in writing (French and English).
