Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist for Diversity and Inclusion to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support business operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
