We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Akshar Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. If you have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
