We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at Akshar Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting team, including preparing and submitting reports, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of equipment and resolve work problems
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
