We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Akshar Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems, preparing and submitting reports, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign and review work for a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
