About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
