Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K & J Trude Holdings Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop.
Work Environment

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
