Director of Finance Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at Elby Professional Recruitment Inc. As a key leader, you will contribute to the success of our organization and have a significant impact on the community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in developing and executing financial strategies to align with business goals. You will be responsible for managing residential construction projects, preparing monthly and annual financial reports, and overseeing administrative controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to align with business objectives
  • Manage residential construction projects and ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports to stakeholders
  • Oversight of administrative controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with partners, investors, and stakeholder groups
  • Operational accounting and financial planning
  • Fundraising activities to support the organization's goals
Requirements:
  • CPA designation and at least 5 years of experience in a management role
  • Technical proficiency in financial management and operational accounting
  • Experience with Sage is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
