About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Montreal on a 12-month contract basis. This hybrid role requires onsite work three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support, performing general to specialized transactions and processing activities within the Operations and Business Services function.
  • Execute transactions accurately and on time, adhering to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Refer or escalate operational issues based on a solid understanding of the issue, collaborating with the appropriate functions or partners to resolve and maintain service quality.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle high workloads; understanding of SLAs and due dates
