Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Starway Transport Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing our inventory.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings for our staff, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Data Entry: Enter data into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English required.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Experience working with individuals with disabilities and providing physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Experience working with newcomers and refugees, including assisting with immediate settlement needs and supporting social and labour market integration.
- Support for Youth: Experience working with youth, including providing on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
