Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at B.C. LTD.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 30-hour workweek and a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Managing information flow within the team
  • Receiving and distributing mail and materials
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming meetings
  • Handling telephone calls and electronic inquiries
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Arranging travel and making reservations
  • Greeting clients and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
