We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at MG Transport ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Coordinating Tasks: Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: English.
The successful candidate will be based in an office environment with a fast-paced and dynamic work atmosphere. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
