Job Description

Amani Ventures seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars and conferences, preparing minutes of meetings, and determining office procedures and routines. Additionally, the role will involve scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by arranging and coordinating seminars and conferences, preparing minutes of meetings, and determining office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and relay messages to relevant personnel.
  • Data Management: Compile data and statistics, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide general support to the team.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, be flexible, and work well in a team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
  • Flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
