About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Ram Appraisals Ltd. As a key member of our appraisal team, you will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, preparing reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, government departments, courts, attorneys, and creditors, as well as buyers or auctioneers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings, taking into account various factors such as location, size, condition, and market trends.
  • Prepare detailed appraisal reports, including photographs, diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect properties and gather data.
  • Research and analyze market data to determine property values.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and clarify any concerns.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Excellent client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Permanent work arrangement, 30 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
