Restaurant Operations Manager
At Soul Restaurants Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
* Fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting
Personal Suitability:
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Team player with excellent communication skills
