Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Work Environment:
  • Work Site Environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment, retail business, on-site customer service, gas bar, and fast food.
