Retail Store Manager

Ultramar is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors.
- Operations Management: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, or equivalent experience.
Retail business.
Work Language:English.
Hours:30 to 40 hours per week.
