Retail Store Manager

At ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and hiring and training new employees. You will also be responsible for authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train new employees
• Authorize payments and order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes
Work Environment:
As a Retail Store Manager at ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods. You will also be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in retail management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Accurate and reliable
