Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR GAS STATION & COFFEE TIME. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train a team of sales staff, cashiers, and retail salespersons to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign duties and tasks to team members, monitor their performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide recommendations for sales growth and customer engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
