Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working effectively
* Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
* Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
* Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in a retail environment
* Basic security clearance and criminal record check
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Accurate and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
