About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at JDKL Enterprises Ltd. as a Store Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
    • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to customers and staff.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
