Sales Opportunity

This role involves building and supporting relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, government, and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards.

You will also install, replace, or update point-of-sale material at the point of sale according to prior agreements or based on brand strategy. Ensuring full distribution of Molson products based on store/head office compliance is another critical aspect of this role.

  • Auditing planograms to ensure stores are compliant with head office planograms.
  • Ensuring product rotation and checking code dates to prevent expired products from being sold.
  • Verifying pricing and making corrections as necessary.
  • Observing and recording competitive activity and reporting accordingly.
  • Managing shipping and receiving of all POS material from Molson Coors warehouse.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need great communication and leadership skills, a proven track record of delivering results, and a passion for quality beer. A post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business-related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.

A valid provincial driver's license is required, and as part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to provide consent for a criminal background check and a driver's abstract.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $48,200-$69,300 (Canada/B.C.).
