Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network issues.
- Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
- Develop and deliver training programs to users, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new applications and software, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users, addressing their technical needs and concerns.
- Configure and set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation and operation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
