Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Webber. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our road infrastructure, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or road maintenance industry, with previous supervisory experience required.
  • The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with field coordinators to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of work, as well as managing inventory for consumables.
  • In addition, you will provide supervision and guidance to maintenance crews, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to complete tasks effectively.
  • As a representative of Webber, you will interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to maintenance crews, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
  2. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with field coordinators to schedule and manage maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  3. Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory for consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  4. Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise information on project progress and outcomes.
  5. Safety and Risk Management: Promote a culture of safety within the team, identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
