About the Role

CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Premium Management Technician to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our collective insurance contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning

Analyze the working methods of our clients and develop tools to facilitate internal processing.

Client Communication

Communicate with insurance administrators to raise awareness and provide guidance on premium management.

Technical Support

Provide technical support to various teams involved in group management, with a focus on premium management.

Payroll System Management

Master our clients' payroll systems.

Procedure Development

Write procedures for work processes.

Quality Assurance Reporting

Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to the service management team.

Information Gathering

Obtain or request information related to service activities (suppliers, external clients, etc.) via phone, interview, or correspondence.

Requirements
  • Education

DEC (Diplôme d'Études Collégiales)

Language Skills

Proficient in spoken and written French, as well as advanced proficiency in spoken and written English, due to the nature of tasks, tools, or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives (bilingualism). Selected candidates will undergo an English proficiency test.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with electronic accounting systems.
