Bilingual Financial Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Bilingual Reconciliation Specialist to join our financial team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage cash application, including checks, direct deposit, wire transfers, and credit card payments/reconciliation in multiple currencies.
• Reconcile deposits between our accounting system and the bank.
• Follow up on automated invoicing.
• Enter payables invoices into the accounting system.
• Reconcile statements of accounts.
• Analyze gaps between invoices and the accounting system.
**Requirements:**
• College diploma in Accounting.
• Relevant experience in accounting, including accounts receivable and payables.
• Intermediate level Excel skills.
• Bilingual.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multiple currencies.
