Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Court Animal Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Team Communication: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team by coordinating tasks and deadlines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, setting up and maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, client information, and financial data.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
