Job Description
The Hotel Manager is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction across all areas of the property. This includes fostering a service culture, maximizing operational efficiency, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
- Ensure the overall success of hotel operations by maintaining high standards and implementing effective strategies.
- Support Ownership in the management and strategic direction of the hotel, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments, using this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of capital projects, working closely with Ownership to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee hotel operations functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and optimize scheduling, while also investing in ongoing training and development of the Team.

Requirements
- A proven track record of delivering timely and accurate financial outlooks for hotel operations.
- Strong understanding and adherence to hotel operating controls, with a commitment to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience participating in the recruitment process for operating department positions, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and take on additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and versatility in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness, with a clear sense of accountability and ownership for results.
