We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Valour Group. As a leading real estate developer, we operate a range of residential and commercial properties across the nation.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining operational excellence within our hotel operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Operational Management: Ensure seamless hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive culture, establish clear expectations, and implement policies to drive success, while leading and supporting departments in achieving financial and operational targets.
  • Safety and Security: Oversee the health, safety, and security of guests and team members, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of hotel operating controls, ensuring full compliance and efficiency.
  • Leadership Abilities: Ability to motivate and direct teams, participating in recruitment processes as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends.
