Strategic Organizational Development Leader

At HI-POINT TRUCK SALES LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the implementation of organizational policies and programs, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions to promote the company's interests.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure the organization has the necessary talent to achieve its goals.
- Supervise a team of 11-15 professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal awareness and the ability to work effectively with others.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
- English language required.
