As a key member of our Silver City Construction team, the Building Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to lead a team of skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating costs and materials
  • Recruiting and hiring workers
  • Coordinating and scheduling site activities
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Establishing methods to meet project deadlines
  • Reading blueprints and drawings
  • Recommending personnel actions
  • Requisitioning materials and supplies
  • Supervising workers and projects
  • Training or arranging for trainingRequirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experiencePersonal Qualities

      • Work Term: Permanent

      • Hours: 40 hours per week
