About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our sales team at Beanfield Technologies Inc. As an Account Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and administration of sales programs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
