Join Our Team

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RF Test Engineering Co-Op to join our Ottawa-based team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in radio frequency testing according to wireless communication standards, working on high-demand WiFi, RF switches, and Filter products. This 12-month Co-Op opportunity starts from January to December 2025 and offers a chance to develop valuable skills in a rapidly evolving field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benchmarking and calibrating test setups for accurate measurements
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Analyzing and interpreting test data to ensure products meet quality and performance standards
  • Documenting test procedures and updating existing protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in Electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field pursuing a BS or MS degree
  • Understanding of RF Technology, RF principles, and testing methodology
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of LabView and Python for test automation and data processing
  • Able to understand schematics and diagrams
  • Team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership

The typical pay range for an intern is CAD $25.00 - $44.00 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on level of education and the ultimate job duties and requirements.
