Job Title: Beauty Salon Manager

At Beautyplus brow studio, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
* Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
* Plan and control budget and inventory
* Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
* Hire, train and supervise staff
* Address customers' complaints or concerns

Work Environment:

* Beauty shop or aesthetic service

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Basic security clearance
* Combination of sitting, standing, walking
* Fast-paced environment
* Physically demanding

Working Conditions:
