FRIENDS TIRE LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Expert to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job Description

The Sales and Service Expert will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services. Key responsibilities include delivering sales presentations, preparing and administering sales contracts, and conducting sales transactions through electronic commerce. The successful candidate will also provide input into product design, consult with clients after sale, train customers' staff, resolve product-related problems, and supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and service roles, preferably in the industrial machinery and equipment sector
  • Presentation software skills, including MS Office and MS PowerPoint
  • Database management skills, including MS Access and MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 kg
