About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Talent Management and Development: Provide guidance and support to our leaders on talent management and development initiatives, including succession planning and employee development programs.
  • Change Management and Organizational Design: Lead change management initiatives and design organizational structures that drive business growth and improve individual and organizational performance.
  • HR Process Improvement: Partner with our HR Shared Services team to develop and implement standardized HR processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations and Labor Relations: Provide guidance and support to our leaders on employee relations and labor relations issues, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Change Management and Organizational Design: Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and designing organizational structures that drive business growth.
