Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters and developing solutions to drive business growth and scale.
  • Deliver people and organizational solutions that are aligned to strategic business priorities, including change management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement global talent management processes and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive change management plans and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide high-level insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HRBP experience in a rapid-growth/fast-paced environment.
  • Global experience across multiple HR subject areas, including change management, leadership mentoring, organizational design, workforce planning, development, DEI&B, employee relations, compensation, and recruiting.
  • Demonstrated strong coaching and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to operate strategically using creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, writing, speaking, and grammar skills.
  • Passion for details and 100% data accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree, with a specialty in HR or related/equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

  • Technology, software, and SaaS industry experience.
  • Experience in an environment supporting customer-facing teams.
  • Private company experience.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • MBA.
